1. the vehicle that is the subject of this contract, has all the necessary permits to circulate, and has  insurance  coverage.
2. The deductible in case of mishap , and in case of total theft the deductible is  amounts determined by the insurer corresponding to 10% in case of mishap and 20% total theft of the value of the vehicle. ( In case of minor mishaps such as damage to plastics and paint, the value of the change of part will be considered with its cost of painting that will be deducted from the guarantee).
3. . The lessee leaves as a guarantee the amount of the deductible for the mishap in cash , or the passport in case of being a foreign tourist, which will be returned upon delivery of the vehicle
4. The LESSEE will pay in advance the amount of rent

5. Important: LESSEE must show a valid motorcycle license, not drive with alcoholic breath, and have the skill and be familiar with the handling of motorcycles.

   1) I DECLARE THAT I AM SUITABLE AND THAT I HAVE THE NECESSARY EXPERTISE TO DRIVE A MOTORCYCLE
   2) I DECLARE THAT I HAVE THE CORRESPONDING LICENSE TO DRIVE MOTORCYCLES
   3) I DECLARE THAT I HAVE VERIFIED THE GOOD CONDITION OF THE MOTORCYCLE BEFORE GETTING ON IT AND THAT ALL THE SAFETY POINTS MENTIONED BELOW ARE WORKING CORRECTLY AND THAT IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT I WILL ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY, I WILL NOT SUE THE RENTER FOR ANY REASON AND I WILL PAY THE COSTS CORRESPONDING TO THE DAMAGES CAUSED.
   4) SAFETY POINTS TO CHECK:
   1) BRAKES
   2) HIGH / LOW BEAMS / BRAKES AND DIRECTIONALS
   3) TIRES PNEUMATIC IN GOOD CONDITION WITH THE CORRECT PRESSURE.
   4) ENGINE WITHOUT FAULTS AND LUBRICATED CHAIN IF IT HAVE ONE.
   5) CONDITION OF THE BODYWORK, PLASTICS…
   6) EVERYTHING RELATED TO THE HANDLING OF THE UNIT THAT COULD BE DANGEROUS, SUCH AS LOOSE SCREWS, ECT.

1. El vehículo materia de este contrato, cuenta con la totalidad de los permisos necesarios para circular, y cuenta con seguro cobertura amplia vigente.

2. El deducible en caso de percance montos determinados por la aseguradora correspondientes al 10% en caso percance y 20% robo total del valor del vehículo. (En caso de percances menores como daños a plásticos y pintura, se considerará el valor del cambio de pieza con su costo de pintura que serán descontados de la garantía).

3. El arrendatario deja como garantía el monto del deducible de percance en efectivo en caso de ser mexicano, o el pasaporte en caso de ser turista extranjero, los cuales se regresarán a la entrega del vehículo.

4. El arrendatario pagara con anticipación el monto de renta

5. Importante: Se debe exhibir licencia de motociclista vigente, no conducir con aliento alcohólico, y tener la pericia y estar familiarizado en el  manejo de motocicletas.

6. • DECLARO QUE SOY APTO/A Y QUE TENGO LA PERICIA NECESARIA PARA CONDUCIR MOTOCICLETAS
   • DECLARO QUE TENGO LA LICENCIA CORRESPONDIENTE PARA MANEJAR MOTOCICLETAS
   • DECLARO QUE HE VERIFICADO LA BUENA CONDICION DE LA MOTOCICLETA ANTES DE SUBIRME EN ELLA Y QUE TODOS QUE LOS PUNTOS DE SEGURIDAD QUE SE MENCIONAN A CONTINUACION ESTAN FUNCIONANDO CORRECTAMENTE Y QUE EN CASO DE ACCIDENTE ASUMIRE LA RESPONSABILIDAD, NO DEMANDARE AL ARENDADOR POR NINGUN MOTIVO Y PAGARE LOS COSTOS CORRESPONDIENTES A LOS DAÑOS OCASIONADOS.
   • PUNTOS DE SEGURIDAD A VERIFICAR:
   • FRENOS
   • LUCES ALTAS/BAJAS/ FRENOS Y DIRECCIONALES
   • LLANTAS NEUMATICOS EN BUEN ESTADO CON LA PRESION CORRECTA.
   • MOTOR SIN FALLAS Y CADENA LUBRICADA EN CASO DE TENER UNA.
   • ESTADO DE LA CARROCERIA, PLASTICOS…
   • TODO LO RELACIONADO AL MANEJO DE LA UNIDAD QUE PODRIA SER PELIGROSO COMO TORNILLOS SUELTOS, ECT.

Le véhicule faisant l’objet de ce contrat dispose de toutes les autorisations nécessaires pour circuler et d’une assurance tout risque.

La franchise en cas d’accident s’élève à déterminée par l’assureur correspondant à 10% en cas d’accident et 20% vol total de la valeur du véhicule. (En cas d’incidents mineurs tels que des dommages aux plastiques et à la peinture, la valeur du changement de la pièce sera considérée avec son coût de peinture, qui sera déduit de la garantie).

Le locataire laisse en garantie le montant de la franchise accident en espèces, ou le passeport en cas d’être un touriste étranger, qui sera restitué à la livraison du véhicule.

Le locataire versera par avance le montant de la loca.tion

Important : Vous devez présenter un permis de motocicliste valide, ne pas conduire avec une haleine alcoolique, et avoir l’expertise et être familiarisé avec la conduction de motos.

3) JE DÉCLARE AVOIR VÉRIFIÉ LE BON ÉTAT DE LA MOTO AVANT DE MONTER SUR CELLE-CI ET QUE TOUTES LES POINTS DE SÉCURITÉ MENTIONNÉS CI-DESSOUS FONCTIONNENT CORRECTEMENT ET QU’EN CAS D’ACCIDENT J’ASSUMERAI LA RESPONSABILITÉ, JE NE POURSUIVRAI EN AUCUN CAS CONTRE LE LOCATAIRE RAISON ET JE VAIS PAYER LES FRAIS CORRESPONDANT AUX DOMMAGES CAUSES.

5) ÉTAT DE LA CARROSSERIE, PLASTIQUES…
6) TOUT CE QUI CONCERNE LA MANIPULATION DE L’UNITÉ QUI POURRAIT ÊTRE DANGEREUX, COMME LES VIS DESSÉRÉES, ECT.
